after a 1-2 sunday, now looking for a come back with the team i'm capping best so far (winning and loosing ).
This season 48-26 (+26.22 units)
Hamburg - Kassel (gametime 1.30 pmET): Hamburg to win (1.90) for 1 unit
Hamburg Freezers, the new team in the league, still holds on to the 8th place, which would be the last play-off spot. As predicted they lost the away game on sunday, but i expect them to come back strong at home tonight.
They are still one of the best home teams in the league (especially, if not playing against one of the top four teams). They have only one home loss against teams not ranked 1 to 4.
They need this win and will be very motivated to get it, as Kassel is one spot above them in the rankings and the next team to catch.
Arena is already sold out again since 5 days (quite unusual in germany) and people in hamburg simply love their hockey team.
...sometimes they go home after second period, but forgive them..hamburg is a soccer town. they dont know yet, there is a third period. it's their first year ever watching hockey
hamburg should continue strong home play,as they host Kassel, which seems to start a little down swing right now. After two emotional OT wins over köln,they lost in OT against two beatable teams.
It's not the strongest play, but i like the home team, with it's support over a team that i expect to struggle over the next coupke of weeks.
