SEASON: 51-42 +7.20

Dec 17:

SA SPURS @ NO HORNETS
PLAY: SA SPURS +2 -102

For those with more guts play the ml, pays better. Homecourt advantage is the only reason why NO should be and is the favorite in here. Both teams playing well lately 8-2 last 10, hornets on a 2 game winning streak and spurs on a 6 game winning streak. Both teams have very good defenses with 94 ppg and 92 ppg alowed. For NO is first game at home after a 3 game road trip and they are playing b2b after they won last night in memphis. The main reason im playing on spurs is because they come of 3 days rest and had time to prepare for this. Hornets playing so well lately because of Posey who is a solid player of the bench shooting alot of 3 pointers but the spurs will shut him and their main weapons Paul and West down tonight. Look for the spurs to continue their winning streak defeating hornets by 2-4 pts, 95-92.

adding:

UTA JAZZ @ NJ NETS
PLAY: JAZZ -2.5 -105

Utah is in a tough spot because the other teams in the west have improved, they need to get boozer back as soon as they can. I was in doubt with this play but now i see Kirilenko has been upgraded to probable for tonight. Who would have thought nets will be on the 6th spot in east after that ugly 2-5 start of the season. Nets are better on the road this year then at home and their weapons are Carter and Harris. If you can hold these guys down than you have a big shot of winning the game thats what utah needs to do tonight. This low line may confuse some ppl and make them go the other way but lets not forget that humiliating defeat utah suffered at home 88-105 not so long ago. This a revenge factor that i aint gonna miss. Jazz allready lost 2 straight games to boston and orlando they only lost 3 in a row once this season but their 3rd opponent when that happend was cleveland. 102-95 tonight.

BOS CELTICS @ ATL HAWKS
PLAY: UNDER 187 -109

Bought .5, this is a clasic under situation, we have two very good defensive teams, celtics 23-2 on a 15 game winning streak 9-1 on the road 90 ppg allowed overall, atlanta playing well recently winning 3 in a row 9-1 at home 94 ppg allowed overall. House and Pierce are probable for tonight. Dont get fooled by last h2h game finished 103-102 this will be a defensive game with a slow pace, imo only one will pass 90. celts win it 92-88.

GL!

Can I ask you, when the game is about to start, to post the pick first and then the writeup... then I'll have more time to check the best lines and put my wagers without the rush

Thank you and BOL!

GABBANA, I think I speak for the majority of our more veteran members when I say "Post whenever you can and thanks for the consistent contribution"

"Saw them listed at Covers as Questionable"

Friendly hindsight feedback here as I see that all four of those players are logging minutes in tonight's game.

I personally use Covers as my primary resource for general stat information and have for the past eight years.

But I believe their "Injury Report" at the bottom of each Matchup page is horribly unreliable for anyone other than those guys who are without question OUT.

Hope this helps all of us in coming days and weeks.

I agree on the Covers injury status.

Google the player name under "news". Google tells you how old the item is.

Today I found a news update on Kerilinko this way that was less than an hour old that gave good info that he would play tonight...from a local paper.

Nobody else seemed to have it.

Works for me. :103631605

Good point Barman. I know there is no ill will from anyone. We want to make sure we get to play all his picks since he is a proven winner.

I'm on the Spurs large too. I love the back-to-back angle here, and Chandler is not 100% even if playing.
