For the record
Everyone is doing all they can to resolve the situation. Management is aware that we need to improve and eliminate these "blackouts". We paid for a new server, and a VBulletin upgrade, we changed Tech Support companies. I don't want this to sound like an excuse but it is just what happened this morning. One of the three servers was not working in sync with the other two, that has been rectified.
Apologies to everyone who was inconvienenced.
