strange. espn reporting ray lewis told the baltimore sun he doesnt want to play for the ravens next year. ozzie newsome telling espn ray never told him or any team officials that.

why the hell would he want out of there now? they still have a great defense with him, reed, mcallister and others.

no idea what his contract situation is or if hes locked in and has no choice, but this news is very surprising. maybe its his way of getting renegotiated for more money.

well newsome should work a deal with indy. freeney and edge for jamal and ray lewis

This rumor has been cirulating for weeks....it looks like now that football is officially over Lewis will campaign out of Baltimore, I don't blame him, he is two years away from being an average player, the window to get back to the big one is closing fast for Lewis.

The guy played his entire HOF career on team without an offense, can you imagine that?

FWIW , IMO it has nothing to do with money, and he is locked up long term, its almost impossible to make a fair trade in the NFL.

I doubt the Ravens deal him .
