Apparently 1 of the rules here in Italy, you CAN'T check in without them holding your passport.. lol.. we called our driver, and he does have them.. all is fine.. just have to wait an hr. Or so

While we are on the subject of Italy, I have a question....worked w/ an Italian 'fella about 7 years ago that would say "talk to you later BABE" when talking to me...I found it strange that he would use BABE when talking to another guy, but never asked him about it. I had a reason to call him a few weeks ago and when hanging up he said "take care of yourself babe".

Yesterday, I went for a short walk in my neighborhood (lots of Italians in the town I live in) and ended up having a brief conversation with a gentleman that I sometimes run into walking...as we were wrapping up our brief conversation, he started to walk towards his house and says "talk to you later BABE"......is this a coincidence or is this an older Italian thing that I just have never heard anywhere else?

You'd be surprised how many guys don't really associate countries of origin with particular beauty.....then you have a lot of guys who see a superhot woman and assume she must be from USA, cuz she is Hot.
