Ok first of all it was a no-hitter into the sixth against a Seattle team that currently has 7 hits through 11 innings which included 3 hits through 9 innings against Texas tonite. Kyle Davies??? He is 1-1 career with a 4.22 era against Tampa. On the road this year: 1-1 with a 4.97 era and in one start on turf this year: 0-1, era of 6.00. In his only start at the Trop: 0-1, 6.35 era, 3 hits, but 6 walks in 5.2 innings(not good).
Also, KC's bully did its thing tonite. Do you really think they do it 2 nites in a row? Ahhh.....no. Reports out of Tampa are that this team feels like it can score on anybody and don't ya think they will be lookin to rake in this here game? I do, but this is a no play for me because no need to chase when I already had them in Gm 1. Just some food for thought so to speak.

There is no question we have great respect for each other and I am not trying to get at you or anything. I am just trying to help create conversation on this game by providing some simple numbers. The title of this Thread had ??? at the end, so I was just answering a question so to speak.
BTW, while we are at it, the reason this is so high is because of who is pitching on the other side, David Price. Talk about on fire. This guy is coming off a complete game shutout against a pretty good hitting team in Toronto. In 1 career start against KC: 1-0, 7 IP, 1 run, 2 walks, 3 K's, .200 baa. At home this year: 2 starts, 2-0, 1.62 era, 0.90 whip, .183 baa. One of those starts was against the Yankees, a 9-3 victory. And you want to talk about highly touted prospects, look no further. This is why the Price :lolBIG: is so high.

thats my theory of wagering....i tell people i look for "value" on lines....thats what i consider value....if i think a team could win 1 out of 3 with a line like that, then i think its value
thats why i dont worry about the w/l record, if u stay with the same theories, then "if" you are rigth, you'll come out ahead....i know i'll go thru streaks where i have real bad days, but it bounces back.....but some dont understand and assume if u have a bad day you have no clue what you are doing..
