Not in Oregon till July of this year, over in Washington where it has been leagal for awhile you can still lose your job, not get a job and so on if you fail a drug test for pot.

Even if it was legal it's against NCAA rules to test positive for pot and any other drug, people in Washington are finding out the hard way you can lose your job, be denied a job for testing positive for pot, I'm sure the same thing is happening in Colorado as well.
