Some dumb team who thinks a top 3 CB, which he'll still be if healthy, is the missing piece. The per year amount doesn't matter, it's the up front guaranteed money and/or signing bonus. He just got 39 guaranteed, instead of the 20 Million guarantee NE declined. Maybe Rex's Bills?
