Assuming Ohio State and Oregon win out, it's going to happen this year.

Bylaw in the BCS which states that the Rose Bowl must take the first available non-AQ team if the Big Ten and/or Pac-10 lose someone to the BCS CG.

Then they're picking between Stanford and IOWA.

MOORE and STANZI are the TOP TWO QB's in the country in PASSER RATING EFFICIENCY..........and also, many have these two teams pegged for a meeting in Pasasdna at the ROSE BOWL.
