What is everybody hearing about Ochefu?
He looked like he was done for the year, bad ankle (I think) with about 9 minutes to go vs OK. They said he has had problems with it for a long time.
They said it was up to him, that he decided, not the trainer, if/when he would go back in in these situations.
I was shocked, he came back in with about 5 mins to go, up 30 pts or so, played until less than a minute to go.
He is THE KEY.
If he is not 100%, the NC bigs will dominate. If he is, Nova can win the game. If he gets into foul trouble, too, NC bigs will dominate.
A team that beat OK by 44, beat KU, beat Miami is attractive compared to a team that beat Cuse and ND, but I hate to go with Nova and Ochefu is a question mark. Some will say he has "played thru this" for a while... but NC is a different kettle of fish IMO.
