[h=3]If you haven’t heard someone say, ‘Damn, Daniel,’ in the last 24 hours then you’ve been living under a rock because Daniel Lara and his white Vans have pretty much taken over the internet. Watch the viral video here![/h]Want to know why everyone’s talking about Daniel Lara? Well, Daniel made his debut in a 30-second video, which has now gone viral, posted on Twitter Feb. 15 by his friend Joshua Holz. In it, Josh films Daniel walking around, looking cool, and showing off his many outfits. Each time Daniel debuts a new outfit, Josh exclaims, “Damn, Daniel!” Josh also pays special attention to a certain accessory: “back at it again with the white Vans!”

Now that the video has gone viral — watch it below — online users can’t stop using the two phrases to compliment their friends, whether they’re purposely trying to be annoying or not. To be honest, we’re not quite sure why people find the video to be that funny, but we are guilty of having “Damn, Daniel!” stuck in our heads after watching a number of times. We’re not the only one, as fans are offering wedding proposals to Daniel. And you will too. Just try to watch the video without repeating “Damn, Daniel!” throughout the rest of your day. You can even shop his signature look for yourself. Plus, check out the “Damn Daniel” memes now! If you want to know more about the stylish mystery that is Daniel Lara, click here.

I ain't watched this yet, he looks gay is he Gay?

"Not that that matters" of course I just want to be prepared in case I am going to be watching a Gay guy. Almost Universally I have not been able to make it thru these cuz the Richard Simmons/Ru Paul/Caitlyn Flamboyant Flaming Flamboyancy is unendurable for me.

Some Gays aren't Flamboyant though so I ain't trying to make this a thing.

I mostly just came here to ask what kind of work you do that sees you working Graveyard and bored, as you mentioned you get at work.

Are you a Supervisor at a Chicken Processing Plant?

In Cummings Georgia Forsythe County? Or some shit like that?

Or a tattoo artist at an all night tattoo shop in N'awlinz?

Riverside? I went to high school in Riverside one year (Perris High), it was more ghetto than the the school I went to in Inglewood. These kids look like they're on the other side of the tracks.

Yea Poly is where some of the richer kids went (at least that how it was back in the day) How long ago where you out that way? Perris is built up now. Lots of commercial buildings and new housing just in the last few years. Still have the ghettoness out that way but its much better than it was.

A long time ago, 1990 freshman year. My dad lived out that way, and I lived with him that year. I grew up mostly in the San Gabriel Valley. I'd say most of the L.A. area has cleaned up a lot since I was kid.

How do you know the Punk Scene of circa '79 LA if you are that young?

And how did your Dad feel about this haircut?

I was more part of the 80's 90's punk scene. Used to open and hang out with the older bands. Punk got pretty big in socal in the 90's.

But you referenced OLDER STUFF or....maybe I am just mismembering.

'Course you'd have known of the Older if you were in that later....

Germs, 45 Grave, Bad religion (I think?)....theres so many more....T.S.O.L.....Wasted Youth.

Black Flag Circle Jerks were "ok"....everyone thought they were so good.....I liked Dead Kennedys out of S.F. of course

....mostly tho bands that were barely even bands at all like the Germs.

Lived out in The OC but spent every minute I could in Hollywood. East LA for the rented Hall shows....crazy environment to have a show over flowing with insane teen-aged Punks Cholos be Trippin' but they rarely messed with us, the damage that gone done to us was by our own people.

Eventually I moved into a crawl space behind the washing machines in the laundry room of those green apartments on the hill above the '76 gas station across the street from the Wisky at Sunset & San Vincente/Clark til one day I popped out suddenly when some chick was doing her laundry, scared the hell out of her still drunk arising from my dirt bed all punked out but she was cool, invited me upstairs her bf and I hit it off and they let me sleep on their floor.

What were your favorite bands?
