Don't mean to bust your bubble but Bonds was much better than Murphy. I don't think this has anything to do with Bonds being in the HOF and Murphy not.
well i am glad to hear both eric show and alan wiggins talking smack about bonds from the grave but the best smacks came from Nick Esasky, Steve Jeltz and Bob Horner.
