I don't think it's fucked up at all. If Wisconsin wins out, they're in. Same for OU. Same for Miami or Clemson. Same for Alabama, Georgia, or Auburn. That would give you four.

If one or more of those things don't happen, the problem won't be that there aren't enough slots for deserving teams; it's that there won't be enough deserving teams for the four slots.

since there's very little, almost non-existent quality match-ups of teams from different conferences, it's hard to judge who are the most deserving conferences but yet we do every year

I believe all Power 5 conference champions should be part of the playoffs, and three more at large bids would be perfect

Clemson got backdoored this year against Georgia Tech and did not score late, though they could have. Clemson's backup QB finished the game.

Clemson did not score a TD in the fourth quarter in 2016 or 2015.

In 2014, Deshaun Watson tore his ACL and Clemson lost.

In 2013, Clemson scored its last touchdown against GT with around 10 minutes left. GT scored last in that game.

He showed us on multiple occasions that he doesn't know what victory formation is except when he has the DOG, as he did vs Wake Forest when he shaved down a 28-0 lead. He just ran it up last Saturday on FSU, and as far as Ga Tech is concerned he put an extra one in on them in 2012 when he was up 40-31 late laying -11, after trailing the entire game!

Ah, I see. You made up some shit about Swinney piling on "TWICE!!!" against Georgia Tech in the last five years. Then when called on your bullshit, you respond that what you really meant was one time, six years ago.

You then managed to find two other examples--one in which Swinney DIDN'T run up the score and thus blew the cover against Wake Forest, and one in which his third string running back scored on a run up the middle to front door a cover.

You are partially right about my "losing sports picks." I probably lost 20 bucks a week to the dorm bookie my freshman year. This year has been pretty choppy as I'm down about 6 dimes. That leaves 37 other years in between, and not that it's any of YFB but they've been pretty good. Unfortunately many locals have gotten rid of me over the years, or they would have been even better.
