Cybersportsbook and Casino Doesn't pay winners

Cyber sportsbook (www.cybersportsbook.com) recently had a promotion for 15% on any deposit. I asked if i could put 10K in for this promotion and they said that was fine. I sent them 10k, signed some forms saying i authorized the transaction. They said i had to give then 34,500 in action. I gave them a little over 35000 in action and i had worked my 10000+1500 bonus up to 13,450. I decided that i wanted to buy some new toys so i cashed out. They said i did not give them fair action. I told them that I'd be happy to give them more action to make a compromise. They have since ignored me and refunded my deposit and don't want to pay me my winnings. This is a starnet/worldgaming site. Not sure much i can do. I am filing a complaint with gambling grumbles. Anyone else got any ideas how i can influence them into doing the right thing?

I find that hard to believe, since I once won 7000 on a free 10 dollar parlay there and collected every cent with no hassles.
I would keep on them, they have crappy customer service, but I have never heard of a non pay.

If a customer has not fulfilled the withdrawal requirements, you put the money back in his account that he won, and let him bet until he does. Correct? I may be a new poster here, but i am known and respected on other board as being a leading member and poster. I do not appreciate being called a liar but i think that the people of the prescription are educated enough to decide the truth on their own, and i believe the outcome of their decision(the court of public opinion) will find for me in favor with absolute certainty.

Apparently Ed has claimed that i figured out a way to cheat the system. That i put my bet up and pulled it back and won money. This is simply not true.

I understand Ed's point of view. He gave me 1500$ and i won money on top of it and cashed out. He said he had to pay 800$ in paypal fees(could or could not be true). So he'd be out 4250$ on my 10000 deposit. I have played here before and got paid. I tested the place out. Met the requirements and wanted to see if there was any hassle. I do have several thousand dollars in other starnet/worldgaming books but i did cash out all my startnet/worldgaming books balances in protest of worldgaming not answering/helping reply to this situation as well.

In previous emails from you it was stated that i had wagered "just enough" to comply with the rules. That is why rules are there right? If the speed limit sign says 55 that means i can go 55 and everything is ok. Go 56, and i can possible be in trouble.

Honestly had i be into the bonus play i would've played it out to win alot or back to 0. I had just won much more than i had expected (3,450$) that i was excited to cash this amount out!

They gave me $100 for my comments, I would feel ashamed to except it if what you are saying is true.
Apparently we need an investigation here, I am tired of books saying that rules are rules, and then, "Oh wait, we don't like our rules" I hope this is not the case, I will wait for them to respond...

This thread caught my eye so I would like to put in my 2cents. First of all I am glad to see cybersportsbook replying to this thread here. What I want to know from Cybersportsbook is if Rainfall fullfilled all the requirements from your terms and condition? From what he has said so far about you emailing him and saying he had wagered just enough would mean that he did meet your requirements. If so then it is your obligation to pay the man his money. If he would have lost his own money would you have a problem then? To me it looks like that Rainfall won a nice amount of money and the book does not want to pay his money to him. Rainfall also seems to be willing to wager more of his money to satisfy you. I do not see what the problem is here then. The right thing to do is pay him what he cashed out if he did follow your requirements. If he didnt then return the funds back to his account and let him finish his requirements. It is extremely shady of a book or a casino to do this to a player casue they feel he is "abusing" them. If he followed your requirements then he did not "abuse" your bonus. You did set the requirement correct? And from Rainfalls first post it says that he asked you before hand if he could deposit $10,000 for the 15% bonus and you agreed to it. To me it looks like you are abusing your own terms and not paying what is rightfully the players money.

I think all managers who try to pull this little excuse of the player was abusing the bonus should step back and think for a second. If I the manager set the terms and the player fulfills then, where is the abuse then? If a manger would like to make his rollover 25xof deposit plus bonus in order to cashout the bonus so be it. But dont come back later and say you still abused our bonus. If you set something you must keep to it. The last thing we need in this industry is more of this you lose we win, you win you still lose because we are not going to pay you since you won too much off of us.

Sorry for the long post everyone, I just get frustrated when I see books and casinos pull this stunt whenever someone wins big. Maybe this is why people like Olympic will always be #1 to the players since you dont have to worry about getting paid when you win. Cybersportsbook here is your chance to make good. Be the better man of this and pay the man his money.

Thought this was a interesting topic, so I kept digging. Seems, although this is a Starnet Book, this book is different from other Starnet books.

I found out that the reason most Starnet books never run into payout problems is this. Starnet holds all the money for post up players. In this books case, Starnet doesn't do that. We have learned that this book does its own banking and holds all the players money.

Could this be another case of a book going bad? People in the industry understand how bad of month this have been. Maybe this kid spent the money, and now can't afford to payout. I don't know, but I sure wouldn't want my money in there!

Heres to hoping for a quick resolution.

 

What I don't understand is why is it that 98.7% of the time when there is a discrepency with a book, the guy that has the problem with the book is a new poster. Why can't people just come in with their real names. Why do they have to always create a new posting name when they have a problem. You hardly ever see a regular poster come in here and complain. It's like they don't want anybody knowing it's them because they maybe have something to hide. I could lay odds that Rainfall is a regular poster here and at MW. And I could also lay odds that Bing1 is the same guy as Rainfall.

But putting all that aside, I do believe that if Rainfall did meet the bonus criteria, then cyber should honor it. There's no worse feeling in the world than a book taking back their bonus after you've met the requirements, just because you won. This has happened to me quite often and I'm sick and tired of this crap. Basically, if a book does this, I consider it like stiffing. We don't need crap like this, there's no room for this kind of behaviour, it gives the industry a bad name.

I am new here, i have lurked for awhile but as any mod will see my IP will match no other for the obvious reason that i am not someone else from this board. I do know bing from another board, that other board is where i found out about the prescription and was suggested to see if anyone could help me. I'm not even sure what MW Is? MajorWager i am guessing. I think thats what i read some thread talking about here?

I am not too familiar with the way the prescription works but i do see alot of real juvenile flaming going on in the forums which is why i have chose not to get involved.
