CWS -- Wednesday (HUGE play)

A nice win with South Carolina yesterday. Today it should come as no surprise that I am once again going with a HUGE play on Texas to eliminate the Georgia Bulldogs. Texas is just too good, and the pitching matchup gives them a tremendous advantage. The -200 price does not bother me at all. Like a lot of folks, I do not play big chalk in MLB, but in college I feel it can be much more of a sure thing. I would be absolutely astonished if Texas does not win this game. I am going HUGE on these two Texas games against Georgia to build up my bankroll for football. It is rare to find games where there is absolutely no doubt.

Texas -200 (HUGE!!!)

In addition, I have a regular play on South Carolina to hang a loss on Fullerton tonight.

South Carolina -115 (regular)

Texas going with Justin Simmons 10-3 4.21 ERA. Simmons was something like 15-1 as a sophomore during their championship run 2 years ago.


Georgia must be going with their #4 starter, or back with the #3 who started Saturday. Either way they are in trouble.

JB....AGREE TEXAS WAS ALOT OF CHALK , BUT I REALLY THOUGHT THEY WOULD WIN...CERTAINLY ALOT EZIER THAN THEY DID...NORMALLY WOULD NEVER...REPEAT NEVER LAY THAT MUCH CHALK BUT IT WAS DURING THE DAY AND MY HOME STATE TEAM AND REALLY FIGURED IT WOULD BE EZ AND ALOT OF FUN...BUT I SURE HAD TO SWEAT IT OUT..THANX FOR THE GOOD WORDS..
