809 Louisville (College Baseball) +145
810 Mississippi St (College Baseball) -165

811 North Carolina (College Baseball) +150
812 Rice (College Baseball) -170

Still scratching my head over this card. Surprised to see Rice as such a favorite here, but they should find a way to get the W.

Anyone taking any shots today?

0-4 on sides in the CWS, and nobody likes a quitter.

Should be Ragone and Crosswhite pitching in the lid lifter. I love Louisville they are an offensive power house and put teams in difficult positions, but I think they are up against it in Miss State. Crosswhite is a decent pitcher who has won big games, this team went on the road to beat Florida State and then layed great against Clemson, they play like that they should beat Louisville. I also think that playing in the SEC a team should be better prepared for this type of atmosphere than a Big East team.

The nightcap, I have no idea, don't really like North Carolina as a team and think that Rice benefits from an easy conference. Joe Savery is such a good college player its tough to go against him. I will probably wait and see what Boxslayer has on this one or see how pissed off I am after the US Open.

Crosswhite has apparently been struggling with a left hamstring problem. Sean Marks is going for the Cardinals.

I don't understand why the Bulldogs are solid favs. I took Louisville +145.

Buzz, you have a good point about SEC vs. Big East. Also, Miss St is used to being here.
