custom icon

how do you guys set the custom icon, i got the icon i want to use on my HD, and try typing in C:/pictures/wrx.gif - it works at first but then when i hit submit to update my profile it comes back with no picture

The pic has to be set on an online server.

Login to Hotmail, and on that page, there is a button on the top of the page for MSN Groups.
People & Chat
Click it, then click "create a group".
Go through the steps, and once the group is set, they give you 3mb of space for uploading photos from your hardrive.

Either that, or e-mail the pic you want to use, and i'll put it on my server and load it into your Avatar.

You can resize your photos through MSN Paint/Workshop, or just e-mail it to me if you want, and i'll do it for you.
