I looked ahead of the Cubs schedule before the series vs Oakland. They went into that series winning 4 in a row. I said to myself I can see them winning 17 in a row. Now they have 8 with 9 home games in a row. 1 vs Angels, 4 vs cards and 4 vs Brewers. I'm going to take them until they lose because I believe that they could do this. Even if they lose 1 or 2 it will still be a profit. I'm going to take them ML and RL. The last 4 days I did both and won $800. I am a huge Cubs fan but I just see something special with this team. Since Fowler came back this is a different team. They play so much better with him at the top. Last week they came back from 6-0 from Seattle and won on a Lester safety squeeze. Then a few days later down 3-1 on the 9th they came back and won that one too. I think after those 2 games this team has just hit another level. They are playing better than the beginning of the season when they started 25-6. Maddon did say after that big start to begin the year that you haven't even seen the best yet. We are seeing it now and will continue to see in thru October as the Cubs end the drought. Even after this homestand I will continue to hammer the Cubs. I will pick my spots but don't be surprised to see a few more 5 game winning streaks or more. I haven't posted in a few days just because I was busy but I will keep posting about the Cubs each day. I know I sound crazy but I see 17 in a row and maybe possibly more. After the homestand it's a west coast trip Colorado, SD and then LA.
DAMN YOU ALL!!! Lol. Kidding of course. Cubs definitely have something special in this team. They very well could end the 100 year drought. As painful as it is to say, it's nice to see such a loyal fan base get some much needed respect along with their wins. I know it's been a long time coming in Chicago. Enjoy the ride!

Im taking Cubs ML and RL. Hendricks on the mound this should be easy. He has been the hottest pitcher in baseball. Cards are going with Luke Weaver to make his ML debut. He has great minor league stats but only pitched one game in AAA. Facing the best team and baseball will be a real test for him in his debut. Cubs 4-1
