Cubs/Harden -280 Now, Get Real!

Cubs are not worth -280 ever! You can get the Marlins +1.5 (+110). The marlins have had the cubs number at wrigley the past couple years and the cubs haven't swung the bat.

I know this is the Marlins starter 2nd Career start but I got a line just like this last year when Volstad made his 2nd Career start at wrigley and I CA$$$Ed BIG!

Any Thoughts!?

Volstad was fantastic from the get go and.... this Taylor kid..... i bet against him last time and I will do it again..... this kid just sucks so bad.. when I was watching him play against Phillies, announcers were saying how great he was in minor.... but i just don't see him getting any better today... las time took phillies ML, this time will take Cubbies RL..gl

Also could have been a shakey first start. I wouldnt bet my favorite turd on the cubs right now.

Also noone in there sane mind would lay chalk on the cubs RL right now when you can get the Marlins +1.5 at a premium.

not a bad wager. I just dont know enough about taylor. I normally wouldnt be in on a game like this but the huge cubbie chalk caught me!

I wont say I told you so. Taylor had a rough outing against the phills and it was all nerves. He couldn't find the strike zone. But in the Minors the kid didnt walk anyone so I dont think its something to worry about.

He gave up 4 runs but 2 on a error.

No MLB team deserves to be anything over a 2 to 1 favorite at best. That would be the most any team should be, because any 5-0 pitcher with a 1.90 ERA can give up a 3 run homer and lose by a couple of runs. Even the best pitchers get shelled once in a while. I think this game will stay close. I dont know if the Marlins will win, but with the odds, it would be worth a shot to take them.
