He's had 2 decent starts and 2 bad ones. He's a young pitcher, we don't know what his level is. Its far too early to call him terrible.
This game won't be the cakewalk many of you think it will be. Lots of burned money playing against Oakland yesterday.
Ah shit, feel like the vampire on AMC's "Preacher" with that post.....it doesn't make sense to me either, preacher! Somewhere in that gobbablygoop is the fact he's given up 3-8-3-5 runs in four tries, the middle 8-3 were at home. Didn't mean to mislead anyone, but yes, I'm an AMC TV junkie, what can I say, "Breaking Bad" got me hooked, LOL.
~T~
He gave up 3 runs in 2 of them. One he lasted into the 7th inning, the other into the 6th. That isn't awful. I also used the word decent. Which they were.
With due respect, I'm not someone to laugh at around these parts sir. My handicapping and analysis is better than many around here.
Geezus T.
I said 2 starts were DECENT. Giving up 3 runs into the 6 or 7th inning isn't a bad start. I never said he's an All Star. He's young. We don't know his level.
Look, he might get hammered tonight. Its certainly possible. I'm just saying, not every start has been bad. Out of 4, 2 were not bad. That's all I'm saying.
Some cat on another site says this is the 1st time he's played 20 units on a baseball game and he's been waiting for this game for a week. He assumed -270 or more because of who he feels is the worst pitcher in Major League Baseball, says he's watched every game he's pitched.
T,
Are you testing my patience??
I wasn't referencing the 8 run game. Thought that was pretty clear.
And yes, I'm saying allowing 3 runs and lasting into the 7th inning is a decent start. If you can go into the 6th or 7th inning allowing 3 runs, you're either winning or at the least giving your team a chance.
