crypto Casino/sports bookie vave won't give my money back

i reupload on vave.com for about 300 xrp and i showed the screenshot of deposit and now they are looking for a refund which is now taking 3 days.
they did receive but yet they are looking at to refund? which means they kick me out? if don't know ripple transfer rate is usually under a minutes but they are looking at for 3 days now. and it is verified that they got it so can this forum help to get my money back?

maybe a month or 2. is it becaause i deposit with xrp? you have bad experience with that coin. there was no problem when deposit with BTC when i opened an account. you know that bookie. they say they are work on it
