How about Norwegian cruise line? whats wrong with the caribean during summer? I just want somewhere nice to go, I do have some cash to spend, Id like to keep it between 7-1000 with an ocean view

I took a Norwegian cruise to Alaska 2 years ago. Seven days and they are top notch - I love their freestyle cruising, meaning you can eat whenever you want and don't have any sort of thing were you have to sit with people you don't know. Went with my wife, 2 kids and my parents and we had a blast. I really can't recommend them enough.

need more info on this. did you do any excursions? dogsledding?
i'm going in june with family and possibily 20 others. any info would be helpful, thanks.

Stay away from the Ships Excursions.....Book it yourself when you get to that Port ! You can do the same thing for Less $$$

I have been on 14 Cruises now.....the 1st cruise, I booked the Excursions through the Ship...at each Port I found out later on that I could get them Much Cheaper if I did it on my own.

I would stay away from Carnival, unless you don't mind the Food and so many Kids...Even though I hear they are getting better.

I Find that Princess is a little on the Older side....Celebrity ..to me is the Best....They have the Best Food and the nicest Suites.
Royal is another one that I like.

You will have to understand that the more ( At Sea days ) the more to do on the Pool Deck....
To Me...7 days Cruise with 2 Days at Sea is the Best...but most are 7 Days with Only 1 day at Sea.
