Hi,

They have very poor customer service, they won't want to help you if you have a problem. I describe all what happened me.

At Friday I made deposit a X $ via his cashier via Neteller, they credit my account, but some time later I checked my statement in Neteller and I saw that they took this amount twice, I logged in Betcris and I checked my balance , it was only X $, everything ok because I’ve made only one deposit, but why they took 2*X from my Neteller account. I want to explain this and to give me back my X $ to Neteller. I talked with his CS and they couldn’t do anything I had to wait until Monday, but CS saw that I made deposit twice. and this time CS might mail me what happened but CS do mistake with my email address and sent it to wrong address.

---------------------------------

Hi sir,
I spoke to the supervisor, she says as far as she can see, it was another deposit made by you, so in this case, if you wanted to receive the money back TODAY, we will have charge you a $30 fee for the withdrawal. If you do not want to do this, you will have to wait until Monday so we can get in touch with a department in Neteller called Merchant assistance to clear this up.

--------------------------------------

My answer:

Ok, I wait until Monday to explain this situation, but I didn’t make second deposit via Neteller for X$ as I said earlier, and to prove this , check my account balance and history in Betcris, because it was credited only one X$, this one which I made via your Cashier. Second X$ you or your system took from my Neteller account, and I haven’t this money in Neteller and in Betcris, but I don’t want this second X$ in Betcris, I want to credit back this X$ to Neteller.

Please explain this, because you took my money from Neteller and now I haven’t got it nowhere.

I’m waiting for your reply tomorrow and I will be in live chat about 7 am pacific.

His answer:

I will send a forward of this message to the accounting manager, however, there is no use you getting on the chat at 7 am Pacific, that is just the time the accounting manager comes in, she has to come in, get in touch with Neteller's Merchant assistance dept, and then have an answer for you. Please get in touch with us around 10 am Pacific

------------------------------------------------

At Monday ( today ) nothing changes, only change that CS talked me that now only see one my transaction via Neteller, and maybe Neteller sent this money somewhere else, and I have to explain this with Neteller, but in Neteller statement I have in description pole “CRIS” in both transaction for X$. I had to talk with his CS about 1h, en total about 6h to explain everything, and at the end they find my money and credit it back, but nothing didn’t explain only ended our conversation immediately. What a POOR SERVICE.

Regards,
Dinero

Ps. sorry for my english

I dont like their customer servive either. What so great about Cris?

They charge you outrageous fees for neteller withdrawals. They even charge you for book to book transfers with Option Sports thats located in the same building
They deal 20 cents MLB lines.
When you want your Bonus Play for your loyalty points they act like they dont want to give it to you and you have to call 3-4 times to get it.

Loyalty points are a pain. They should just discontinue them. I have had no problems with CRIS EXCEPT for that. I called to collect a Bonus Play from them several months ago. It never showed up credited and I was ready to take a few months off for the summer anyway so I never followed up. I re-upped this week with them and asked about my Bonus Play. I was told it had EXPIRED. I said expired and they said yes you have to claim freeplays within 7 days or asking for them. I told her it was never credited to my account after a delay she came back on and said it had to be played within 30 days. I told her my account was never credited how could I make the play and since i was supposed to get a shirt and it NEVER came either how did I know they had credited my account. She was going to check with a supervisor and get back to me. Going on 3 days now with no reply.

I would think Loyalty points were supposed to build customer allegiance not destroy it.

Royalty points are awarded every time you place a wager, how can it expire?

You have to request a specific reward from their award list. When they credit it to your account it is supposed to show on your account status. I had tapped my account out there and requested the freeplay and shirt from the list. It never showed up in the account. No biggie it was baseball season anyway and I wasn't too interested in playing bases. I reupped last week and when I was checking in my account I noticed they had deducted the loyalty points but the Bonus Play was never credited. I called and asked and thats when they started giving me the expired answer. BTW when I countered one of their arguments about the supposed expiration of the play they changed what they said was the terms of the play. A supervisor was supposed to contact me. That was Thursday and I'm still waiting.

The Bonus Play is really penny ante. I was even going to offer to play a 4 or 5 team parlay with it if they gave it too me. Specifically, I don't like the way I was dealt with nor do I like the lack of response. I have never played a great deal at CRIS. I was actually planning on moving more of my action there. Everything else about the place has been great. But even prior to this redeeming the loyalty points has been a pain. General suggested using the instant messenger.

I just feel that if they are going to hassle you over using the bonuses they should not even have them.

Funny you should mention this. I recently reupped with Cris and they offered me a Bonus Play on my deposit. So, I used it on a Georgia Tech play at -17 this weekend which was a push. I hadn't really thought about it until I was reviewing my wagers and it showed as a push but no credit was given and no other Bonus Play or anything. I guess I didn't realize that a push on a Bonus Play is a loss. I emailed them on Saturday and have yet to get a response.

Review Northern Stars post in NFL. He says there internet parlays are not paying correctly. If they aren't and he doesn't get his credit he'll post bad things about them everywhere on the net to try to hurt there business.

Their software is not paying correctly on straight wagers either. For example, if you want to win $566 at -102 it charges you $578 instead of $577.32

BTW Its now been over a week and still have no response.

Looks like it is time to reward their wonderful customer service by taking my business elsewhere.

TOTALLY TRUE a BIBLE statement,

Guy's as you all well know I have made most of these bookmakers $ milllioniares since moving here to Costa Rica in 1993 from South Beach.

As for cris, Not ONLY is the customer service (rotten) BAD but try being an agent/affiliate for them with OUT Mr. Sacco in the country, it's down right UGLY, to say the least.

I put several guys in there at the beginning of the season one of which lost over $20 dimes in just 3 short weeks , they paid me my commission alright but soon after turned off my affiliate account. Now you be the judge, JUDGE.

**If you send me a guy that loses $20 dimes in ANY period of time I would be over joyed and "LOVE" to pay you your cut and FAST PERIOD!!

It's simply a no brainer, like someone said earlier "These books CUT their own ....." so true so true.
