Is it just me or does Live Chat not work? I have been trying for two days to get someone on Live Chat to no avail.
So I shoot them an email and ask them about a small problem. They reply with a call this number for claims dept.
Then I call the number and a guy answers with a jumble of words that I could not understand just as the battery dies on my phone.

Good thing it's only about a small wager.

I just used it with no problems other than the CS clerk couldn't check a ticket for me as it was misgraded. I had to call in to have it taken care of.

Now when I read the rest of your post, I got the "Claims Dept." thing as well.
