Credit card to neteller declined

Had no trouble in past years until now.Wanted to use my credit card to put money in neteller and it was declined. Has this happened to some of you guys lately. I know there has been a crackdown on using credit cards to a book but first time CC to neteller.

I have read on other forums the same thing is happening as well that EFT, wires and CC transactions to Neteller have been starting to get declined as of 1 week ago. I hope Neteller can work on masking the transactions a little better but I am not sure if they can pull this off or not or if they would even bother and just leave the market.
