I'm trying to make a deposit into a Poker room.. I bought one of these pre-paid visa's from a currency exchange witha couple hundred loaded on it. I am bieng declined everywhere I try to use it.. Even on a place like surepay it cannot be "visa verified".. What can I do?? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
a lot of those "pre-paid" visa cards cannot be used with gambling sites. You should have received a "Terms of Service" brochure with the card, if so read it careful and I'd bet 10/1 you'll find a clause that prohibits the card from being used on gambling sites. Only solid visa cards that work right now (until the new bill kills them) is a regular visa card or visa debit card that you get with most checking accounts. You'll either have to wire the money to the account or find someone with a credit card that will deposit for you and you can give them the prepaid card because you probably won't be able to cash that card out without paying a nice penalty.burtrapp said:
