Credit card - gaming question

Is there any book out there that will take my VISA Card - its a PNC bank card and it is apparently blocked for gaming. it is a debit card. Please let me know!

Neteller wont even take it!!!

since it is a debit card why not just use it with western union, you wont get hit with cash advance fees.
