what is the limits for transaction of plays, amounts, ect. seems like an endless paper trail on the net. just curious. love to have an advantage with the points from offshore but seems like alot of hastle. thanks for any info.

Every shop is different slvrgbln. I agree offshore is much better then local as long as you set yourself up in a good shop. Lines are way better and the offerings are way more. Stick to a place that starts you off at 1k limits.
