Correct me if I'm wrong, but couldn't the Ravens have kicked a FG with about 0:50 left in the game...?

He was at the 38 yard line with 1:06 left.

Could have tried it from 55.

I think it's 55

what betting implications did that drive have? 2h total wasn’t in play regardless....ravens had already covered 2h. Why are the gamblers mad about this or suspicious?

oh nvm I just saw who created the thread. Lol. Complete worthless thread. Clueless fuck at the helm

I had the 4Q tie for about +550 so it meant something to me lol.

Guess you guys missed the new onside kick rules

kicking team is only aloud 2 players on the side they are kicking the ball to and those 2 players have to be outside the numbers just more player safety rules and ball has to go 20 yards now before kicking team can recover

ATS and fantasy points aside, the correct move was kicking a FG there with a minute left. Zero debate

2 players? 20 yards? Where did you see this? It is harder because you cannot get a running start but it only has to go 10 yards and you must have 5 people on each side of the ball.

[h=2]What about onside kicks?[/h]The probability of successfully recovering an onside kick in the fourth quarter was just 8 percent during the 2017 regular season, but the rule changes may have tanked those odds even harder.
With kicking teams now mandated to have at least five players on each side and two players between the numbers and hash marks, an onside kick will look much different and is an even bigger long shot.

no just F-ing around

Lol. It would be another rule fake implemented. I saw an onside kick in some game this weekend and they kicked it right down the middle, barley went 10 yards.

They should just do away with the onside kick. Give teams the ball on their own 35 yard line and make it 4th and 10.
