I hold 375k @.008 with OZSC and 65k @ .03 with TLSS. I’m relatively new to investing in general and these are my first two pink sheet stocks I’ve bought. Still learning about this stuff but bought these with low expectations and realize the risks with penny stocks. In doing my DD it seems as though TLSS acquired another transportation company and hopefully it has some solid gains going forward. OZSC got their name change finalized and I’d like to see them sign some actual contracts here in the future. They said they will have some news this week about a contract or partnership with a “Fortune 200 company”. This seems to be the story week after week with them but nothing official ever. Lots of speculation they are going to work with Tesla but that seems to be far fetched in my opinion but obviously if that happens it would be great. I’m treating OZSC like a lottery ticket and TLSS seems like it has a decent chance of producing long term. You have any thoughts on what they may do long term? I guess I haven’t put a whole lot of thought of what price I would sell at. I’m definitely not a day trader and I don’t think that is something I want to get into. Seems like the day traders are heavily involved in both of these.
ozsc just formed a new sub division that will be focusing on green energy/ev market. The pcti side will still be doing mostly govt contracts. I think ozsc is about to expload. The timeline has taken a little longer than expected due to covid, length of time it took to change the name/sector, and also the sec making sure they werent a shell company.
They have signed some big names as customers according to the ceo. Tesla, con ed, and more. They will be announcing a deal with a fortune 200 company, my guess after doing research is NEE (NextEra Energy). If the pr comes out like it should and fomo kicks in you could see a run upwards of .20 in the next few weeks. Ofcourse its the otc and they seem to have a # of holdups over the last few months, but im hoping things have finally turned the corner
I know the CEO has been saying a lot of stuff for the past several months but unfortunately there are no contracts other than the PPP deal. I’m still not convinced it’s not a shell but that is part of the risk. We should know a lot more in the next couple of weeks. Last week was definitely promising for both of them.
Sold ozcs for a whopping $200 profit after the last pump a few months ago.
I'm still holding 200k shares of TLSS at an average of .03 which is way more money then I want in this company. Made a big buy at .013 to get my cost average down. I'm ready to sell at anytime and sit on the sidelines for a while. Reading the company's 8k is unbelievable with all their law suits and non healthy debt, its sad. I do think the new management is as good as it gets and will turn the company around eventually.
I was pleasantly surprised today that there wasn’t a dump with all of the volume. I thought for sure it wouldn’t hold past the 2 cent mark today with all the day traders bailing. Looks very positive - all I want to see is just one solid PR with an actual contract with a dollar amount. If that happens I plan on holding. Things definitely look promising. Also TLSS is rebounding nicely lots of green days I like the consistency.
I think its hard for otc to put out pr with numbers at times. Alot of times their legal wants the product to be completed and shipped rather than saying it's for xxx number of dollars off the jump. Another problem is ozsc did so much with the military in the past/govt contracts they were not allowed to put out specific numbers. I think this is changing with the new sub getting into the ev/green market, so we might start seeing some numbers. The amount of hype/excitement from the ceo/ir I don't think the next few pr's will disappoint. Im still waiting for the pr that Nee (hopefully) is their fortune 200 partner....... their market cap is 150 billion, and widely recognized as the leader in green energy

Sold my 200k shares today at .085 for a very nice profit. Might have sold a little early but I think more dilution is coming, but what do I know.

i assume you mean .065 , as thats where it topped out? I moved a little bit in the high 5's mid day when it became apparent alot of people were expecting tesla pr in 24 hrs (today) and it wasnt going to happen that fast. I thought a sell off would occur

tlss has been on a great run. i have some shares in the .01's , not nearly what i use to own, but a good position on these. John seems to be turning them around like he did coach.
ill be looking at taking a position in. Carnival cruises in the next few weeks. I expect the vaccine process to speed up under Biden and travel stocks to rebound by the summer... might get some 16's instead of the $20ish its been around. think we could see $40 again by october. well see
