consistently making money

i want to create a system that consistently make money..i use 2 books 5 dimes and bookmaker..i have 880 in one and 326 in another..i do not bet over 10 percent of my bankroll..i use a computer software called winpicks and a website called accuscore...the plays that match i play them..im thinking maybe use seperate accounts for winpicks/accuscore? im also wondering if there is a way to structure my bets so that i can consistently profit..ex:if i have $100 to invest and i have 3 plays how do i structure the bets so that i can go 2-1 and still make a profit? i know juice is important so i dont go higher than -150 on any investment!! any help is appreciated
