At 62-18, the 1964-65 edition of the Celtics was nearly unstoppable in the regular season, leading the rest of the league by 13 games. Paced by Sam Jones on offense (25.9 points per game) and Bill Russell on defense (24.1 rebounds per game), the Celtics rolled to another NBA Finals victory over the Lakers in five games.
1985-1986
The 1985-1986 Celtics went 67-15 in the regular season and lost only three games on their way to their 16th NBA Championship.
