I love this news. Will give me a much better line on UCLA when I take them closer to game day.

Did he rebreak it? He's had a broken foot for a while... was supposed to be healthy. Either way, took the Vols earlier today. They roll whether or not Olson plays.

Bookmaker still has UT-6. I don't know how long that will last.

IMO, they could have Tom Brady back there and still lose. That line can't open running holes or stop the pass rush against a team like Tennessee.

What exactly is your fascination with UCLA, and why would you like a team this depleted of returning starters with a new coaching staff in this spot?

blessing in disguise for them

careful

How is it a blessing in disguise for them at this point? Cowan is out for the season and he may have been the best QB prospect they had. That left Olson the only QB with any Div 1A playing experience and now he is out. For some strange reason, Steele has an infatuation with Kevin Craft, but the reports I have been reading say that he hasn't hit the broad side of the barn with any of his passes yet in practice. That sounds real hopeful for the Bruins. That leaves Craft and Forcier battling for the job and whoever gets it will be as green as a gourd going into the season opener against Tennessee. Not only that, but they better be able to dodge defenders because the offensive line will be greener than the QB! You can bet that Tennessee will probably be blitzing all night long and shutting down the run. In fact, they'd probably love for Craft to try and pass the ball on them . . . . .

SBS, I think that nailed it. Norm Chow would need to be a magician to pull it off.
