If you are Not in Las Vegas, you will need a Proxy... which is what I used

they give you a 1099G...they ask you if you want taxes taking out....but you dont have too.

but in june I send the IRS a check for $8000.00 just so they dont put late fee's on me.

you can deduct losses to the extent of winnings claimed

old lottery tickets and profit/loss statement from casinos can help

since 2012 is just beginning, you have time to keep (read accumulate) documentation for losses
