Confused- What is the difference between freeplay and bonus

If spread is the same you have 0 to win 1000 at Mansion,

Play 550 to win 500 somewhere, on Miami

If Pitts 1000-550= 450 Profit
If Miami you win 500, refund at Man.

This is what I thought (beleieve or not). About half of what a 100% bonus would pay (after scalping it out). Thanks for your patience.

Is that what you are doing with the Manison play or just letting it ride (think I read that somewhere)?

I have to let it ride, I have Pitts -5 !

I cant take Miami +1 or -1, or whatever it is now, or I could lose $500 if Pitts wins by 3 or 4.

I could do something in game, but not before it starts. I don't even know what side I want, but I have Pitts now for free.
