Jaypaw- I wouldn't play IU vs Ohio St. Last game between these 2, Ohio St's Dials and Radinovich had career highs. They dominated, Ohio st had 49 pts in the paint out of 63 or something like that maybe less.

Jaypaw- No, I don't think so, I just feel this is 2 different situations. one thing to remember is Sean Kline was lost for the season during the Purdue game, Kline is very solid and played 22 mpg and contributed 8 pts, 4.5 rebs or something to that effect. That made their already weak froncourt weaker.

One of the reasons why I played IU vs Wisconsin was that Wisconsin's best player and most prolific scorer is a PG, a player I thought IU could hold in check, but couldnt. On a side note, his banked 3 from the corner I think changed the whole game. LOL.

The reason this team swept Michigan was that Michigan's scorers are at 1,2, and 3 positions, IU swept this team even though Michigan is better than Minnesota and Ohio St. Humphries had 37 last time out vs IU and then the next game Ohio St beat IU with 2 more career highs. Teams that are strong up front will kill IU inside, for IU to win Wright must shoot well, which he is overdue for a good shooting game. If he shoots just 40% in a few key games this year, IU is probably in the dance. He sucked vs Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Ohio St, all losses 2 or 3 points, he shot like 20% in those games combined.

I could justify playing IU at a pick, but could not lay 3.5 points, if IU wins this game wouldnt be surprised if it was 1,2,3, because IU doesnt have the capability to blow anybody worth a crap out. I just feel this is a bad matchup.

Jaypaw- one more thing, it is a good thing this game is in Indy. This should help giving IU the best of both worlds, giving them a semi-home court while getting Bracey out of Assembly. He shoots 45% or so away from Assembly and shoots less than 30% at Assembly. Hopefully this is the week that Bracey goes off, if he is on fire like he was vs North Texas or Penn St where he was hitting 3 pt fadeaways consistently, then IU might just win all 4 games. Actually I would bet IU would win any game Wright shoots over 50% in if he shoots at least 12 times.

Indianapolis is an hour away from IU's campus. IU should have the most fans one would assume, though I doubt there is a ton of fans there for a noon game on thursday.

being a early game i wouldn't assume to many fans. with that said indiana will have 5 times more. christ that state lives and dies bball.

indiana wins by at least 10.

ohio state is just bad, bad, bad.

good luck.

the line is 1.kidding right.

put the house, checking account, the in laws boat, the lake prop., on IU.

not a big Iu fan, actually hate them, but ohio state is just not very good. don't let last weekend make you believe anything but that ohio sucks.

I can basically get it down to this, if Wright shoots well IU wins, if he doesnt they lose, because there is no doubt Ohio St will absolutely dominate Indiana inside. Last time out Ohio St beat IU 59-56, IU led by 3 with under 3 remaining. Ohio St shot 50%, Indiana shot 33% and 27% from 3 point range. Wright was 1-12 overall and 1-6 from 3. If he hits 2 more shots IU wins. I would like to think that Bracey would get out of the slump, but this is becoming more of a slump. One would think IU will get that 33% up and win this game, I would lay the 3.5 if you bet it all rather than playing the moneyline, I just feel it is a better bet overall, maybe buy it to 3, but I don't know, I would like to think IU comes out fired up, but they havent all year and the post game comments are the same "noone played with any emotion from the start".

Wright has not shot over 30% in the last 7 games, he was 9-15 against Penn St and IU won easily building a 20 point lead in the first half.

i didn't move my ass of the couch the whole game. ill looked like a young team more interested in not losing, then actually winning.

everytime ohio state touched the ball, a foul was called on ill. the game should of been so far blown out that ohio st would of had no chance. i think remember seeing at one point 24 free throws-making like 21, to ill 2 for 7.

that's where all the points came from, gifts.

now ohio st the big boy down low played great, but indiana's defense is much better than ill.

i think if the under is at anything less than 119, that is the play. unfortunately if the line is indiana 1- or more my system will pick ohio st. ouch.

got to go. talk later tonight.

good luck jaypaw.

i think matt said it best, if indiana shoots at all above 38%, they will win. Indiana that is.

christ shooting 1-12, and only losing by 3.

this is a no brainer, just hope iu shoots half way decent.

This is the worst Indiana shooting team in like 40 years. The problem is everything has to come from the outside because they have nothing inside. Bracey hardly gets a good look, most of his shots are contested and lately he doesn't even hit the wide-open shots.

good luck today, i don't see the irish losing this one straight up.

chris thomas is always the diff, good or bad.

i see him going out on top. the irish still have a chance with a solid run.

best of luck
