Warning shills and brown noser may want to steer clear of this thread. I'm trying to compile a list of books for the football season who are competent when it comes to CS issues, placing a wager, payouts and the like and imcompetent books who, for instance, don't follow their own listed rules on their website, players have to call over and over just to get a simple problem corrected and etc.. I think you guys get the idea.
To me this is just as important as getting paid in a timely fashion and honoring their lines that they post. A book may pay timely but have horrible and incompetent CS and operation period. So I want to hear the good, the bad and the ugly from everyone to help narrow my choices down and hopefully help other posters.
