Comp question

Lots of talk here lately with the Bash and all about comps.

Obviously competition is changing with all the consolidation on the strip.

Does anyone know about what average bet (standard 4 hrs/day) it takes (blackjack) to get full RFB at the Venetian and at a mid value place like say Imperial Palace? I had even heard mention of comping rooms at Casino Royale. Did not even know they had rooms!

I do know that a mere $6-8,000 a day coin in at the Golden Nugget will in all liklihood get you a free room there when playing slots or Video Poker.

One could play $1 full-pay Jacks or better there(basically a breakeven game with slot card included) and snare a room there for less than 2 hours of play.

i get two free nights all the time at casino royale i have stayed therre twi ce while friends have stayed and paid at the mirage. i meet them for lunch at the mirage. cant beat the location, booze and 100x odds. thnaks they comp the subway and outback rest. too

I play at Harrahs in AC all the time, it paid off on my trip to Vegas! Called Harrahs in Vegas to book my 3 night stay, gave them my rewards # and my whole stay was comped! Including Free Buffet 3 times a day for the 3 days! Not bad I'm a 25-100$ player and Harrahs will comp me at any non peak time!
