Anyone else get notices lately from Comcast for downloading torrents?

I know they said over a year ago they ere gonna start cracking down but I never got any, then today I got 3. It isn't a big deal really but probably have to find some good stream sites now.

Guess downloading is over?

Murph what do you think of all this?

setup an account with vk.com

Its the russian version of facebook but it has no rules at all.

Once you are signed up for free just hit search then movies, then type in the name of the movie you want to watch and just click like you do on youtube.

Every movie imaginable is on there in 720P and you dont have to download any software.

Trust me on this.
Its the best secret on the internet.

No matter what you use, your internet provider can look in to see what you are downloading.

any clue as to how you can create a fake vk account? you have to enter your cell phone on there to get a confirm code for validation. doesn't seem to be any way around that.

I go to:

http://www.watchfreemovies.ch/

Make sure you have adblock installed and a popup blocker enabled or you will get multiple windows open. No big deal, just close them.

Some of the movies are cams that record the movie in the theater. I don't watch those. I wait until a DVD rip comes out.

I prefer to watch most movies on Blu-Ray for $1.75 out of Redbox since it's better quality but if I'm bored or want to see a movie before it comes out I can watch it in 720p at this web site.

This web site even has old movies.

That's actually not true. If you encrypt the traffice with a VPN (mentioned above) they cannot. They can see you are downloading tons of data but can't see what it is.

honestly man I havent had any warnings so maybe comcast has some snipers in some of the torrents.. knock on wood an all that but you might be in an isolated case. I would ride out the wave a few weeks and see if the world ends with comcast but my interpretation is it will all blow over as usual.

downloading/streaming/etc will never end..only get better and more new outlets will be present. Might be time to find a new outlet is all

Anyone else keeping with the net neutrality rulings that just happened a few days ago? I wonder how this will affect us?
