Hamilton County Sheriff Doug Carter said Daniell Harper, 31, was being held without bond on charges of battery with a deadly weapon and criminal recklessness. <o></o>
Nick Harper was treated for a knee injury at <st1laceName w:st="on">St. Vincent</st1laceName> <st1laceType w:st="on">Hospital</st1laceType> in <st1:City w:st="on"><st1lace w:st="on">Indianapolis</st1lace></st1:City>. His injuries were not life-threatening, Carter said. <o></o>
Harper, a starter, was listed as questionable for Sunday's AFC divisional playoff game against <st1:City w:st="on"><st1lace w:st="on">Pittsburgh</st1lace></st1:City>. <o></o>
Earlier Saturday, Colts spokesman Craig Kelley said Harper had required stitches in his knee following an "accident." He said he had no other details. <o></o>
Kelley told The Associated Press later that he had gotten his information from Colts officials. <o></o>
"There was not an accident," Carter said. He said Harper and his wife had been involved in a fight. <o></o>
Harper, 31, was arrested in June on a domestic battery charge after police said he hit his wife. <o></o>
He first signed with the Colts as a free agent in 2001. <o></o>
