I know I have a season long thread but just making a point to say that Colt -3 all the way. I'm not just saying that because they are my favorite team and Manning is my fav quarterback but I believe Indy has been finding ways to win past couple seasons without blowing teams out. A field goal win is not too much to ask.

Colts -3 largest play this Sunday.

Good luck man. Indy hasn't been blowing teams out like the good days but they have been winning. -3 is exactly the kinds of spread they have been covering. They've been barely winning but they have been winning.

congrats on the win, am happy for you.

this is clearly a case of picking the wrong side but getting the win anyway... nonetheless, great call.

Thanks, but got news for ya, the right side is the one that wins. All the other stuff people are discussing is just part of the game. Indy didn't throw a hailmary to win it that it was a lucky win. They earned that win by putting it in the endzone.

Your absolutely right; some people still don't get it! It's not how, it's how many.
Glad you won, I was on it as well.

not trying to put a damper on ur win, heck, I had some nice coin on Indy myself....

just sayin... its nice to get LUCKY once in a while.... and I have no problem admitting when I do get lucky.

999 times out of a thousand if a team has less than 15 minutes of possession they will lose.

Good luck on your future wagers.

I just don't lose my big games. over 87% on my big plays last season!

on another note, the best handicappers in the world will lose at a 44% clip... AKA billy walters and such.... And yes even on their big plays.

if you hit at 87% for one season that is remarkable, but its mathematically impossible over the long haul... and yes... even if we are only talking your big plays.

to hint or insinuate otherwise is simply being irresponsible.

Yes, I did have a great season in football last year and in baseball this season especially on my big plays but overall too. No, I'm not insinuating that I will keep this pace up forever or ever for another year. I won a big bet and gloated something about not losing my big plays. Take it with a grain of salt, no need to overanalyze it or beat it to death. I was just excited and happy about my win and overall success in sportsbetting for the past year or so.

Anybody with half a brain knows that you can't keep up that pace for long or even close to it so way to state the obvious man.

Sportsavant...again..it's not luck when you call a close game and cover by Indy and that's exactly what happens. It's not luck when Manning makes a habit of doing it over and over and it's not luck when they earn their win.

Your mentality is that of an grade school kid that lost a match in something, woulda won coulda won shoulda won excuses excuses...the better team won, simple as that.

It wasn't a lucky win but if you want to believe that go ahead. Everybody talking about stats wise the Dolphins should have won, give me a break. Those people didn't take into account that Manning would shred that defense apart which he did.

I've been playing and watching sports my whole life. I know enough to know when a team wins fair and square they are the better team. Who cares about time of possession? The object of the game is to score more points and Miami couldn't do that.

I was also on indy... but i know luck when i see it...

ive been at this for 15 years+ and ive seen all types of things, beleive me...

the better team does not always win, ive seen hockey games where one team simply dominates with 60+ shots against 10 shots, but lose 1-0.

sometimes the zebras blatantly cost the players a game like they did last year in a particular Pittsburgh win.

thats why they call it sports, and that's why they call it gambling...

we all get lucky sometimes

im sorry if u think im busting your balls but heck, if you cant admit that there was some luck involved in yesterdays win, then i dont know what to say.

Indy beat them fair and square. I can use your own argument against you. Indy got no time of possession and look what they did with the little time they did have...scored points and won. That's the bottom line, to score more points. Besides, as I said before, Manning makes a habit of winning with game winning drives at the end of the game. It's certainly not because he's lucky, it's because he's good.
