Shit, this may be one of my premium plays next week.

This is a tossup. I actually like Colorado after watching Wyoming in person yesterday. If you like watching junior high quality qb's playing d-1 college ball, this game's for you!!

Texas's offense was just asleep 1st half. I wasn't necessarily impressed by anything Wyoming did. They had a 4 play, 9 yard drive for a field goal after Mack went for it on 4th and inches from his own 14 in the second. Then, they blocked a punt and ran it in for 6. They punted the ball 11 times. On D they gave up 544 yards in total. Albeit, this is to Texas, not Colorado. But from what I saw, it showed more about UT's O not being ready first half then Wyoming playing well.

Just my take.

I'm sure this is a pass for me because even though you can bet on scrubs, I'd rather enjoy the games I'm betting on. I just couldn't find myself rooting on either of these teams...and I lived halfway between Boulder and Laramie for nearly a decade.

Wyoming runs a jr. high version of Toledo's offense. And you saw what Toledo did to Colorado. Interesting that they are a full TD favorite.

Wyoming can give Colorado a game, having said that, there are better options this week.
That's just me, good luck to whatever side you take.

Ok so texas was not ready for wyoming, i find that either a little sad and hard to believe. Texas D gave up 273 yards... The fact is, regardless of what you do, your "heisman" candidate shouldnt be getting sacked throwing int's and having punts blocked by a scrub team when your team running back is the size of their O line.

Agreed.

True fact.

Like I said, that game said more about how Texas's future looks than whether Wyoming beats or does not beat CU (and likewise, whether or not they cover). Texas, if they play like they did Saturday, will not make the Championship game. They have the talent on the field, the coaching ability, and the schedule to make it, but if they show up flat to a better team, it will be a different outcome. They're lucky they played a half like their first against Wyoming and not a better team.

I just think people who are all about to throw money on Wyoming +7 against Colorado based solely on the fact that they were up on UT late in the second quarter are foolish and should look into the teams a bit more.

I see what your saying now. My basis on the game was not solely on the fact that texas barely beating them at the half. My basis for believe this would be a close game is the fact that colorado got beat pretty badly by toledo, and beat at home to CSU. However, Colorado played 2 games in 4 days when they played toledo. This is do or die for hawkins, i think. However, i think CU might try to make a statement at home this weekend. Im staying away from the game. Just stated that i dont see why colorado wouldn't lose, looking at what wyoming did to texas and colorado's recent history. As someone else said... there are games with much better value

Colorado can't stop the pass.

Wyoming can't pass.

That's funny. You can add to that statement:

Wyoming can't stop the run

Colorado can't run

Colorado can't pass

Wyoming can't stop the pass

Who to take? Pass....although I do think Colorado will win this game with ease.

With you here. It doesn't really matter what this line is...I'm not going to make myself sick watching this game on Saturday.

Colorado -7 here is a gift.

Put the Toledo game in perspective. They had a solid passing game with very good WR's and a competent QB. Colorado travelled to Toledo for a Thurs night game after playing a rival Sunday night!

Wyoming don't have shit. They returned 7 guys on offense that managed to score more than 21 points just once and that was 35 against a San Diego St. team that got torched by everybody.

Wyoming was 3 for 15 on 3rd down conversions against Weber St two weeks ago. Wyoming won that game 29-22 with a +4 turnover edge (5 interceptions).

If Colorado scores 20 here, they cover....... They Cover.

I agree completely. CU will win this game and cover.

Wyoming is in a big letdown area here. They just played their hearts out (for about 2.5 quarters) in arguably the biggest home game of their schools history. Now they have to take on a Colorado squad who HAS to win this game coming off an extra days rest.

I watched a tiny bit of that Wyoming - Texas game (god bless DVR) and I just cannot wager on the Cowboys. They seriously had no talent on either side of the ball.
