There is no better sports betting services time of the year than opening weekend in college football, and with a full slate of games scheduled for this weekend fans can’t wait to get going. The season will open with a splash as two of the top teams in the nation meet Saturday night, but not before a couple of key contenders take to the field to open their regular season.

The Horned Frogs have been absolutely dominant the past three seasons, going undefeated in regular season games and making consecutive BCS bowl appearances. But this year could be different without quarterback Andy Dalton, who graduated to the NFL as a second-round pick of the Cincinnati Bengals. Taking his place will be Casey Paschall, but it won’t all be left on him after half of the TCU starters moved on during the offseason. Baylor finished just 7-6 a year ago but a big part of that was an awful defense. Even a modest improvement by those units could help the offense to get two more wins, and they will look to start off on a strong sports betting note opening at home against a ranked opponent.

Even despite the loss of Heisman trophy-winning running back Mark Ingram, the Crimson Tide offense has the potential to be among the most powerful in the country. Taking the place of Ingram is Trent Richardson, who split carries with Ingram a year ago and showed the same burst and power at the line of scrimmage. The bigger issue may be the loss of Julio Jones, who was able to spread the field and open things up for the running game while developing into a first round NFL betting pay per head pick. Alabama will return 10 defensive starters from a unit that tied for third among FBS teams in points allowed, so that should help with the transition on offense. The Crimson Tide are expected to contend for a national title once again this year, and head coach Nick Saban would like to see his team start off on the right note.

Coming off a BCS championship game loss to open up the following year against another SEC opponent isn’t exactly an easy task for the Ducks, unless of course they took last year’s loss to the Auburn Tigers as an online casino learning experience for what it will take to complete fishing for their goal this year. Oregon has a ton of betting services talent and is more experienced after their run a year ago, and while they may not have enough in the tank to overcome a tough LSU team, they should be able to keep it close at the least.
