5* Texas Tech -5.5

*What an unbelievable comeback by the Red Raiders last week vs. a pretty solid TCU team! Surprisingly the running game showed some signs of life to go along with the potent passing attack. I lost with these Red Raiders two weeks ago laying points on the road at N.Mexico, but coming right back with them here to get the money! Banking on the defense to get a spark from the pretty solid performance they had in that second half last week. This will probably be another shootout, but looking for Tech to outscore the Jayhawks here.*

5* USC -21

*Pac-10 opener for the Trojans! Had a 5* play on them last week vs. BYU as they once again showed they are the #1 team in the country by handily beating a team they should beat. Looking for Leinart to get the passing game going in a big way in this one to get his heisman numbers up to go along with the solid running game. The defense should continue to play strong and limit the Cardinal to minimal points. I realize Stanford has had two weeks to prepare, but just feel strongly USC is too much for them all around and I'm not sold on Buddy Teevens being above an overall average coach.*

AND I WATCHED THAT GAME, BYU SHOULD OF COVERED. USC GOT LUCKY, EVEN THOUGH I HAD THEM, I WAS MY KNEES PRAYING JUST ABOUT THE WHOLE SECOND HALF.

i actually am leaning towards Stanford right now and I know this conf better than most!. I was just making a point of how that is not alot of points to be laying for them and let's not get crazy with this Stanford team. they are much improved but not all that, although I do think usc wins this game by only 14-17.
