Definitely a fumble but I hate that rule. If you blow the whistle then Boise doesn't try and recover. Why would they? How can you say Nevada definitely would have recovered? Because their guy trotted over after the whistle blew and picked it up?

Anyway, it was the right call but I think that rule needs to be changed.
