Purdue has given head football coach Jeff Brohm a 7 year, $36.8 million contract
extension. Brohm, who is 13-13 in two seasons with the Boilermakers highlighted
by the big upset of Ohio State last year showed his loyalty to the school by turning
down the Louisville job, where he played quarterback and was an assistant coach.
Brohm coached at Western Kentucky for three seasons before arriving at Indiana,
leading the Hilltoppers to a 30-10 record, two C-USA championships and two bowl
wins. Good move by Indiana in my opinion.
