He is a child rapist and a pedophile.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pedophilia

In law enforcement, the term "pedophile" is loosely used without formal definition to describe those convicted of child sexual abuse or the sexual abuse of a minor, including both prepubescent children and pubescent or post-pubescent adolescents.[13][14]

I rest my case, you are giving up because you know you are wrong. And,
you are not man enough to apologize for continually lying about me
and my positions in this thread.

Please, when using Wikipedia as a source don't cherry pick and then state you are right and your verbal opponent is wrong and then ask for an apology.

First of all, the sentence you posted deals with law enforcement and notice that is states that it is "loosely used without formal definition". Law enforcement often has an agenda and lies or colors definitions to make a weak case stronger. When trying to make a point you should avoid using sentences that include "loosely used".

Then you conveniently leave out the next two sentences: "An example of this use can be seen in various forensic training manuals. Researchers recommend that this imprecise use be avoided".

You owe us the readers an apology first for quoting a sentence that includes "loosely used" to make your point and secondly for leaving out a sentence in the same paragraph that states that the use should be avoided.

Just a friendly suggestion.

The woman who Roman Polanski raped back in 1977 is opening up about her experiences with the famed director in a new book, which features a shocking cover image.
“The Girl: A Life in the Shadow of Roman Polanski” by Samantha Geimer features a bold photo on its cover of a then 13-year-old Geimer just days before Polanski drugged and raped her in the home of Jack Nicholson.
The image was taken by Polanski himself in his first photo shoot with Geimer—whose maiden name is Samantha Gailey. It was at his second photo session with the child that Polanski raped her and gave her alcohol and a Quaalude.
The book, out this fall, promises to break Geimer’s nearly 35 year silence and “tell her story for the first time.”
The cover photo for the book was obtained during Geimer’s civil suit against Polanski, her lawyer Lawrence Silver explained in the book, according to The Hollywood Reporter
external-link.png
.
“What happened was this," Silver writes. "In executing the search warrant, the police didn’t recognize the importance of a receipt/claim check from Sav-On Drugs’ photograph department. Years later, I was told that Polanski gave his lawyer the receipt, and they secured the printed roll of film and negatives from the drug store. During the civil suit, his lawyer had to turn those photos over to me. These photographs, important both legally and historically, would likely have never been discovered if not for the civil suit.”
“The Girl: A Life in the Shadow of Roman Polanski” will be released on Sept. 17.

[h=2]Roman Polanski’s latest film has been added to this year’s lineup at the Cannes Film Festival, marking the first time since 2013 that the exiled director’s work will be presented at the festival.[/h]D’après une histoire vraie (Based on a True Story) will screen out of competition at the 70th annual edition of the prestigious French film festival, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

The film — starring Eva Green, Emmanuelle Seigner, and Vincent Perez — centers on a writer who must deal with an obsessive fan after the release of her latest book.
Polanski’s film is among a half-dozen new titles added to the official Cannes lineup Thursday, including Ruben Ostlund’s The Square, which will vie for the festival’s top prize, the Palme d’Or, with four other contenders.
The announcement of the addition comes as Polanski lost a bid this month to resolve his decades-old conviction for the statutory rape of a 13-year-old girl in 1977. The 83-year-old director had attempted to return to the United States after decades of living in exile in Europe, where he fled in 1978 after his conviction.
Cannes organizers could face public backlash over their decision to include Polanski’s film; in January, the Oscar-winning director stepped down from his role as president of the César Awards — the French equivalent of the Oscars — after women protested his appointment.
Polanski’s last film to screen at the festival was La Venus a la Fourrure (Venus in Fur), a sexually-charged dramedy that screened in competition at the festival. That film also starred Seigner, Polanski’s wife.

[h=1]After Defending Child Rapist Polanski, George Clooney Lectures Middle America in ‘Suburbicon’[/h]

[h=2]Judging by the trailer and the early (and awful) Suburbiconreviews, George Clooney is once again chomping at the bit tolecture Middle America about just how awful and intolerant we all are. But are we really going to allow ourselves to be scolded by a mediocre director who defends an admitted child rapist like Roman Polanski?[/h]At the time, back in February, the news that Clooney defended Polanski did not get much traction. The fugitive director was out of the spotlight and Clooney’s defense was made to the French tabloid Paris Match.
You see, Clooney was in France for the Cesars where he received an honorary award (probably because nothing he makes deserves an award-award). While accepting it in front of the fawning European press, Clooney naturally used the opportunity to trash President Trump and lecture the world about what is right and wrong.
“As citizens of the world, we’re going to have to work harder and harder not to let hate win … We cannot defend freedom abroad by deserting it at home … Love Trumps hate, courage Trumps fear and always rights Trump’s wrongs,” he said bravely, to those who agreed with him 100 percent.
Oddly enough, though, Mr. Right-and-Wrong has a warped set of moral values when it comes to the issue of fugitive child rapists. Because what Clooney sees as wrong in the case of Polanski, is the pursuit of long overdue justice.
advertisement

What else are we to assume when Clooney says of Polanski: [emphasis added]
“I don’t know enough about the Polanski affair to talk about it in detail. But what I understand is that he had an agreement with a judge and that the judge didn’t respect. I also know that the victim now supports him.” And he concluded: “When you think about all that this 83-year-old man has been through, it’s awful to imagine that they’re still after him.”
Yes, “it’s awful to imagine” because of all that Poor Roman “has been through.”
In 1977, Polanski admitted to raping a 13 year-old girl (who also says she was sodomized). Before he could be sentenced, Polanski fled America for Europe where, for the last 40 years, a who’s-who of the world’s elite have celebrated and enabled his lavish fugitive lifestyle.
During those terrible, awful decades, poor Polanski has “been through” the winning of an Academy Award (and standing ovation) from Hollywood, has directed more than a dozen films, has been feted and worshiped in most every European capital that does not extradite, and has made millions of dollars.
Polanski is the cream of the international film world’s crop and because he cannot come to Hollywood, Hollywood comes to him.
Oh, and something else that Poor Polanski has “been through” — allegations from three other women who claim he sexually assaulted them as minors.
Last week, Clooney said he knew nothing! about the 20 years of allegations surrounding his colleague Harvey Weinstein. Even though Ashley Judd, Colin Firth, Rose McGowan, and Courtney Love had heard the rumors, Clooney was totally out of that loop.
Even if you believe that, it begs a question: if Clooney opposes seeing a fugitive child rapist face justice, are we also supposed to believe that someone who is that morally illiterate would have done the right thing had he known about Weinstein?
Anyway, coming soon to a theater near you, George Leave-The-Child-Rapist-Alone Clooney will lecture the rest of us about right and wrong.
The suburbs might not be perfect, but the only people I know of who defend child rapists are in Harveywood.
Hey, before I go, how about a thought experiment…
Try to imagine just how much better off leftwing Hollywood would be right now if they despised sexual predators and child rapists half as much as they do us normal Americans

[h=1]Roman Polanski to Avoid Pedophilia Charges as Five More Women Come Forward with Molestation Allegations[/h] 1461

[h=2]Prosecutors in Switzerland won’t bring charges against French-Polish filmmaker Roman Polanski after five more women accused him of sexual assault and child molestation.[/h] The news comes after five additional women accused Polanski of molesting them when they were children, via the website imetpolanski.com.
“Polanski sat on my left side, put his hand on my leg,” said one alleged victim. “He then proceeded to touch my genitals and tried to squeeze and rub it with his hand, all that under the table in front of my father’s face.”
Another 15-year-old victim described how it “took [her] many years to understand [she] was abused.”

“This part of him touching me is very vivid in my memory,” she said. “I will never forget that.”

Having initially confirmed they were looking into the allegations, prosecutors in the Swiss capital of Bern, where Polanski currently lives in exile, said that under Swiss law the statute of limitations for the alleged assaults had expired.
French-Polish film director Roman Polanski poses on the Green Carpet before the screening of “Based on a True Story – D’apres une histoire vraie” at the 13th Zurich Film Festival (ZFF) in Zurich, Switzerland. Swiss authorities said Wednesday, Oct. 4, 2017 they have received a complaint from a German woman alleging that famed filmmaker Roman Polanski raped her 45 years ago in Gstaad, Switzerland, while she was in her mid-teens. (Ennio Leanza/Keystone via AP, file)

The latest claims against Polanski add further weight to a long list of allegations against the director, who had previously pledged to return to America to face charges of statutory rape with a 13-year-old girl, on the condition that he would face no jail time. However, his request was denied by a Judge in Los Angeles.
The film director, now 83, has had an illustrious career despite the numerous allegations against him. Polanski has won multiple awards for titles such as Knife in the Water (1962,) Chinatown (1974), and The Pianist (2002).
Last month, feminist protesters in Paris disrupted the opening of a retrospective of Polanski’s work amid the wave of allegations against him.
Meanwhile, amid concerns from authorities that similarly disgraced movie producer Harvey Weinstein might also attempt to flee the country, the Manhattan District Attorney’s office will reportedly seek an indictment against Weinstein on charges of rape as soon as next week.

Quentin Tarantino says 13-year-old girl 'wanted' sex with Roman Polanski in resurfaced interview

Director Quentin Tarantino is under fire once again after a 2003 interview with Howard Stern — in which he said a 13-year-old girl “wanted to have” sex with Roman Polanski — resurfaced.
In response to questions from Stern why Oscar-winning director Roman Polanski was still celebrated by the entertainment industry despite allegations he sexually assaulted a child, Tarantino said that it wasn’t “rape” because the child “wanted” it.
“He didn’t rape a 13-year-old,” Tarantino said, according to E! News. “It was statutory rape. That’s not quite the same thing.”

“It's statutory rape, he had sex with a minor, that's not rape,” Tarantino continued. “To me, when you use the word 'rape' alright you're talking about violent, throwing them down. It's like one of the most violent crimes in the world."

When co-host Robin Quivers chimed in that the girl was drugged, “The Hateful Eight” director said: “No, that was not the case at all. She wanted to have it and dated the guy.”
Tarantino, when reminded the girl was 13, said, “And by the way, we’re talking about America’s morals, not talking about the moral in Europe and everything.”
“Wait a minute,” Stern said, cutting Tarantino off. “You have sex with a 13-year-old girl and you’re a grown man, you know that that’s wrong because she hasn’t…”
Tarantino replied, "Look, she was down with this.” He also called the child a “party girl,” according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Footage of the interview posted to YouTube was removed due to a copyright claim from Sirius XM.
Polanski, 84, was arrested in March 1977 for a number of offenses, including rape by use of drugs, perversion, sodomy as well as lewd and lascivious acts upon a child under the age of 14. He remains a fugitive as he fled to France while awaiting sentencing in February 1978.

The resurfaced video made waves as the famed director recently responded to Uma Thurman’s commentsthat he almost killed her in a “Kill Bill: Volume 1” stunt that went wrong in 2003.
Reps for Tarantino did not immediately respond to Fox News’ request for comment.

Bill Cosby, Roman Polanski expelled from the Academy

By Chloe Melas and Lisa Respers France, CNN
Updated 3:11 PM ET, Thu May 3, 2018

(CNN)Bill Cosby and Roman Polanski are no longer members of one of Hollywood's most important organizations.

The Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences, the group behind the Academy Awards, has voted to expel the actor and director from its membership, according to a statement from the organization which cited its conduct standards.
"The Board continues to encourage ethical standards that require members to uphold the Academy's values of respect for human dignity," a statement from the Academy read.
Cosby was found guilty last week on three counts of aggravated indecent assault. Although he is more strongly associated with television, Cosby was a long-time member of the Academy for his work in film but never won an Oscar.

He has starred in more than a dozen movies since the early '70s, including "Jack," "The Meteor Man" and "Fat Albert."

Polanski fled the US in 1978 after being charged with statutory rape of a 13-year-old girl. He has continued filmmaking in Europe. He won the Oscar in 2003 for directing the World War II drama "The Pianist."

Since producer Harvey Weinstein was expelled from the Academy in October, following allegations of sexual misconduct that Weinstein has denied, the group received criticism by some in Hollywood for not taking similar action with Polanski.
No additional information was immediately available about the pair being expelled from the Academy.
Separately Thursday, members of the American Advertising Federation's (AFF), a trade organization that recognizes professional achievements in the advertising industry, voted to rescind Cosby's induction into the Advertising Hall of Fame. The group also rescinded Cosby's President's Award, which was presented to him at the time of his 2011 induction.
According to the AFF, this is the first time members have voted to rescind an induction or award in its 69-year-history.
CNN has reached out to Cosby's representatives for comment.

[h=1]Roman Polanski threatens Academy with legal action over recent expulsion[/h]By Tyler McCarthy | Fox News

[h=4]Bill Cosby, Roman Polanski expelled from Oscars academy[/h]The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences' Board of Governors voted to expel actor Bill Cosby and director Roman Polanski.

Just a week after The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences gave Bill Cosby and Roman Polanski the boot per its news standards of conduct, the 84-year-old director is threatening to take legal action to reverse the decision.
In a letter to the Academy President John Bailey, Polanski’s attorney, Harland Braun, explained that the decision was made in violation of the organization’s standards of conduct as well as California state law. He claims that Mr. Polanski should have been given a fair hearing in which he could explain his side of the story before being expelled.
“I am writing this letter to avoid unnecessary litigation,” Braun wrote in the letter, obtained by Fox News. “Mr. Polanski has a right to go to court and require your organization to follow its own procedures, as well as California law. The only proper solution would be for your organization to rescind its illegal expulsion of Mr. Polanski and follow its own Standards of Conduct by giving Mr. Polanski reasonable notice of the charges against him and a fair hearing to present his position with respect to any proposed expulsion.”

Polanski, who won the Academy Award for Best Director in 2003 for “The Pianist,” has been in a sort of exile in Europe after fleeing the United States in 1978 after being convicted of raping a then 13-year-old girl. His French citizenship has prevented him from being taken back to the U.S. and, despite his conviction, has been a prominent filmmaker for the last 40 years.
Braum is not denying or re-litigating Polanski’s controversial verdict, merely asking for the Academy to give him a chance to explain the situation before making its decision.
“Mr. Polanski has acknowledged his legal and moral responsibility for his misconduct in 1977. He has apologized to Samantha Geimer who has accepted his apology and appeared in court to support Mr. Polanski. We are not here contesting the merits of the expulsion decision, but rather your organization’s blatant disregard for its own Standards of Conduct in, as well as its violation of the standards required by California Corporations Code, Section 7341.”

Roman Polanski Faces Fresh Rape Accusation from 1975

Film director Roman Polanski is facing a fresh rape accusation from a French woman alleging he violently raped her back in 1975.

In an interview with Le Parisien, Valentine Monnier accused Polanski of violently raping her at a ski chalet in Gstaad, Switzerland, in 1975.
According to Monnier, Polanski made the attack after dinner one evening where he called her upstairs. When she arrived, a naked Polanski allegedly jumped on her, hitting her and ripping off her clothes before raping her.

Her allegations were later corroborated by other individuals, who confirmed she had informed them of the incident soon after.
Monnier said she felt compelled to come forward ahead release Polanski’s latest film, J’Accuse, which will be released this week. The film recently premiered at the Venice Film Festival where it was awarded the Silver Lion Grand Jury Prize and received mostly positive reviews from critics.

“Rape is a time bomb,” she told the publication. “The memory does not fade. It becomes a ghost and it follows you, and it changes you insidiously.”
The accusations will add fuel to the fire over allegations of sexual misconduct against the 86-year-old filmmaker, who has been living in exile in France since 1978 after fleeing the U.S. while he was awaiting sentencing for the drugging and raping of a 13-year-old girl.
Attempts by U.S. prosecutors have gone nowhere, as he has repeatedly refused to return to the U.S. to face justice.
In September, Polanski even complained about being “harassed” amid the anti-sexual abuse scandal known as the #MeToo movement, decrying accusations of misconduct against him as “absurd.”
Polanski’s attorney, Hervé Témime strongly denied the allegations, adding his client deplored their publication on the eve of his film release and 44 years after the alleged attack.
