I actually think this one is due to sketchy lighting conditions.
The good masks go all the through the top portions of the chest and shoulder area, they dont stop this short.
The same lighting effect happens to the interviewer as well, but its not as pronounced as the way it is on Biden because of the angles.
It looks freaky AF , but Im wagering on the lighting THIS TIME.
I would like to think that it was shot this way as a soft disclosure method to get people talking about the concept....it didnt get too much traction when it first aired but I have seen 6 different people posting it on various boards in last 24 hrs, so its gaining more normie traction on this round.
