As crazy as this all sounds you gotta look at it for what it is. She probably mostly fucks other black dudes when she isn't with him. no way. Again, you're just simply looking at it as, "does the nba have the right to vote on it and out him as an owner?" To that, the answer is yes. But to actually enforce that and literally take his ownership of the organization away is another thing entirely.
You seem to think that if the nba owners voted yes, that he would just give up his ownership the very next day. That's not how things work. Again, due process.
