it's fascinating how they all insist that no laws were broken, no crimes were committed, and there is no criminal investigation but everyone involved is either seeking immunity, pleading the 5th, refusing to testify, failing to meet court ordered release dates of documents, ignoring subpoenas, and arriving to their interviews with 6-10 lawyers who all object to questions asked of their client due to it being possibly incriminating. For people who insist they've done nothing wrong, they sure do have grave concerns over incriminating themselves.

I don’t know what to think Scott. I know Comey wants to thorough but this is getting ridicules. It’s time to make a recommendation to the DOJ and move on.

Not sure. However in spite of that one can be offered immunity and then be told be their lawyer to take the 5th anyway.



You know guys I don't think a levying of charges against Clinton NOW would be as bad for the Dems as some of you probably believe. The closer to the election the harder for the Dems (Biden) to get a campaign rolling.

"Likability" is a strong factor in determining who many people vote for. Both Hillary and Trump are universally unlikable. His dumb statements offend everyone. And she should melt at the end of The Wizard Of Oz.

But say she was charged tomorrow. Biden would be the guy. A lot of people like Biden. Yeah he's attached to Obama's failures but so is Hillary. I think Biden would beat Trump easily. Careful what you wish for gents.

My question is....did Hillary turn in her expenses for purchasing her personal server and getting it set up the way it was. If so that server belonged to the U.S. and erasing anything from it was not legal. She calls it her "personal" server but if we the taxpayers paid for it it is a whole new ball game.
